What should I do if I face an issue with my purchase?

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping is free across the continental EU!
How long does delivery take?
We will ship within 48 hours, and delivery typically takes around 2-5 days (excluding remote areas).
What payment methods do you support?
We accepts payments via Stripe secure payment, which accepts both debit and credit cards, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, Revolut, SEPA Debit and BLIK
Is it possible to change the model of the seat after the order?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to edit your order once your order has been dispatched for delivery. You’ll need to place another order.
How do I decide what chair would be best for me? Where can I find the dimensions of the chair?
Karnox provide a wide range of products that feature a wide range of adjustments. To get an idea of the best fit for you, check out our Sizing Table in the product descriptions. Also, you can refer to the specification sheet for each chair for more detailed dimensions.
Is the Pillow Set included on ALL models?
Yes, all models of Karnox gaming chair will include the pillow set.
Taking care/cleaning the products:
Keep away from liquids
Immediately clean up any spills and only sit on your Karnox chair after you have completely dried off from clean.
Don't hurt it
Keep your chair away from impacts, drops, and sharp objects.
Avoid high heat
Don't exposure to high heat (we strongly advise against sunlight for a long time to maintain the integrity and quality of the Leather and Fabric)
Careful of pets
Claws and teeth can damage leatherette and other parts of your chair, so do take extra care around your pets.
Upholstery Clean:
Karnox NANO³ Leatherette and Micro NAPA Leather
Karnox NANO³ Leatherette and Micro NAPA Leather are naturally resistant to stains and easy to clean. It’s recommended that you wipe the chair down with a damp cloth removing any dirt and light stains. Leave to air dry before using again.
Karnox Livorno Fabric
When cleaning Karnox Livorno Fabric Chair, you should first vacuum the surface with a vacuum cleaner to remove excess dust and dirt. Once complete, you can use a cleaning foam for fabric furniture and lightly wipe.
Finally, leave your Karnox chairs to dry first until it feels dry to the touch before using.
Karnox Ultra-Tara
Karnox Ultra-Tara fabric feature suede accents, suede is not water-resistant, spills should be immediately blotted up with a dry cloth or paper towel.
To get rid of loose particles and dirt, use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe against the suede.
Parts
The Karnox chair's parts — such as the armrests, tilt mechanism, base, wheels and so on — do not need much maintenance, as long as they are used in a normal manner. Just clean it with a damp cloth.
Can I return a purchared chair with my 14 days right of withdrawal?
Yes, because we are based in the EU, you have your right of withdrawal.
You have 14 calendar days to assemble and try the product counted after the next day you received it.
If you makes use of your right of withdrawal, you have to contact us to submitting your declaration (preferably in email) before you send it back the product.
The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after submitting the declaration of intent to withdraw the agreement.
Please return it to us in the best possible condition and disassembled, as you are financially responsible to us for any depreciation resulting from use beyond the testing.
The return of the product will be paid by us.
We obliged to refund the amount using the same payment method used by you when you order the product.
